Your university friend, Bastian, has died while wingsuit BASE jumping in a perilous region known as The Calamity Zone. Officials have deemed it a tragic accident, but you don't believe that. The Bastian you knew was always intelligent and careful, though since selling his startup, he's fallen in with a questionable bunch of new friends and associates.

 

Ahead of the funeral, you’ve been added to a group chat with them. You don’t know them, and you trust them even less, but it gives you the chance to message them directly and subtly "interrogate" them to see if you can figure out who the culprit might be.
